Richie Bello Institute of Leadership and Management is a nonprofit organization that is nationally known for its excellence in coaching, training and turnaround services to entrepreneurs and business executives especially in the automotive industry. In particular, Richie Bello Institute of Leadership and Management and its team of experts want to give our Veterans access to car dealerships across the nation and help them become successful entrepreneurs and business leaders. In addition, through its Automotive Training Center, Richie Bello Institute will build a workforce development program for our Veterans so they can gain employment and effectively fulfill the various roles and responsibilities in the automotive dealerships industry.
